We would love to have your family participate in Sunday School with us! There are many fun faith based lessons and activities planned during the school year, and we are excited to engage your family in them.

SUNDAY SCHOOL HOUR: Each week Sunday School will begin following the Children’s Message during 10am worship. It will start at approximately 10:15am and ends at 11:00am.
PICK UP: Children will be their classrooms waiting to be picked up at 11:00am each Sunday. Please be respectful of the teachers finishing up lessons before collecting your child. Parents are welcome to wait in the Fellowship Hall and have coffee & snacks with other congregational members if worship gets out early.
BIBLES: Children are invited to bring their Bibles to worship and Sunday School each week. If your child is in need of a Bible, please contact the church office. Bibles are formally given out to children in the fall during Worship.

OFFERING: Throughout the year we will have tangible offerings. Children may also request offering envelopes if they wish to give monetarily on a regular basis.
CURRICULUM: This year we will continue with our rotational model of Bible Stories. We will take a look at Old Testament stories before Christmas and New Testament stories afterward. Children will have opportunities to learn through cooking, art, games & stories, science and music.

The purpose of the church nursery ministry is to provide a welcoming, nurturing atmosphere for the nursery age children of our members and visitors, which honors the Lord and supports the parents in the care of their children, in a consistently safe, clean and wholesome facility through a caring, qualified, and motivated group of nursery volunteers.
Nursery Hours
The nursery is available on Sundays and will be staffed from 9:30am-11:30am.
The nursery will be staffed during the Annual Meeting.
Occasionally the nursery will be staffed during other ministry events during the week.
There may be times when the nursery is not staffed. When this occurs, it is still available for self-attended use.
Ages
The nursery is provided for newborns to 3-year old children. Care of children four years of age (before September 1 of the year) and older is provided by the Children’s Ministry through our Sunday School.
Volunteers
Psalm 143:10a says, “Teach me to do your will, for you are my God.” Serving the Lord in the Nursery Ministry is a wonderful example to our children. They learn more from our actions than from our words. Be a volunteer and we will schedule you with another adult a couple of times throughout the year. Your reward may come immediately from cuddly hugs and snugly friends to read to and you will be rewarded knowing that you have touched a life for eternity!
